Hi, I'm Yadvendra.
I build AI systems for production. I'm currently Head of AI and co-founder at Aays Analytics, where I lead forward-deployed engineering on LLM-powered agents, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation harnesses for enterprise clients.
Previously, I have co-founded Fabric and Aidetic where I set-up AI and Data teams from scratch and delivered AI solutions to enterprise clients.
Over the last five years I've grown Aidetic from zero to a 65-person team, doubled revenue year-over-year for three consecutive years, and shipped agentic systems across fintech, SaaS, oil & gas, and banking. During this time I also co-founded Fabric (at that point D2C e-commerce AI), worked on enterprise Q&A systems at Nesh, and started out doing data science at Coviam and ZS Associates.
What I care about most: agent architectures that actually work in production, tool-use design, context engineering, evaluation, cost and latency, and the human-in-the-loop guardrails that make all of it safe to deploy.
What I'm working on
- An agent-factory platform that lets 400+ business users at a Docomo Group retail company spin up LLM agents over 1,200+ data tables.
- An agent harness to improve their performance and replicating agentic architectures for clients at scale and speed.
- The strategic Databricks partnership at Aidetic; training curricula, client workshops, and a migration accelerator that speeds up competitive migrations by ~40%.
More about my background, or find me on LinkedIn and GitHub. The blog is where I'll write up things I've learned along the way (just starting it first time...).
